Our Commitment to Accessibility

Erovexa is committed to providing a website that can be accessed, understood and used by as many people as reasonably possible, including visitors with visual, hearing, motor, cognitive or other disabilities.

We aim to continually improve the accessibility and usability of Erovexa.com by following recognised accessibility practices and using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.2, Level AA, as our technical benchmark.

Accessibility Standard

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2, Level AA, as a reference for designing, developing and reviewing Erovexa.

These guidelines are based on four core accessibility principles. Digital content should be:

• Perceivable – information should be presented in ways that users can perceive;
• Operable – website controls and navigation should be usable through different input methods;
• Understandable – content and website functionality should be clear and predictable;
• Robust – content should work with a range of browsers, devices and assistive technologies.

Current Conformance Status

Erovexa is currently being developed and reviewed with accessibility in mind. A complete independent accessibility audit has not yet been completed and, for this reason, we do not currently claim that every page and feature fully conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

We aim to identify and correct accessibility barriers as the website develops. Some pages, components or third-party services may not yet provide the same level of accessibility as the main Erovexa website.

How We Aim to Make Erovexa Accessible

We aim to support accessibility by:

• using clear headings and a logical page structure;
• providing descriptive page titles and meaningful link text;
• using readable fonts and appropriate colour contrast;
• allowing text and page content to be enlarged through browser controls;
• supporting keyboard navigation wherever reasonably possible;
• providing alternative text for informative images;
• clearly identifying form fields, controls and error messages;
• avoiding unnecessary flashing, blinking or automatically moving content;
• using semantic HTML to improve compatibility with assistive technologies;
• testing new website components before they are released;
• reviewing accessibility issues reported by visitors.

Possible Accessibility Limitations

Despite our efforts, visitors may encounter accessibility limitations in certain areas of the website. Areas that may require further review or improvement include:

• older articles or images that may not yet contain complete alternative text;
• interactive or dynamically loaded website components;
• embedded videos, advertisements or other third-party content;
• external websites opened through affiliate or editorial links;
• third-party consent, analytics or advertising tools;
• certain controls when used exclusively with a keyboard or screen reader;
• isolated colour contrast, focus indicator or form-labelling issues.

Third-party websites and services are operated independently and may follow different accessibility standards. Future Magix Software Limited does not control the accessibility of external websites, applications or services.

Age Confirmation and Accessibility

Erovexa is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or over. Visitors may be asked to confirm that they meet the minimum age requirement before accessing adult content.

We aim to ensure that age-confirmation controls can be understood and operated using commonly used browsers, devices and assistive technologies.

The statement reflects Erovexa’s current accessibility objectives and the status of the website at the date shown above. It does not constitute an independent accessibility certification.

We may use a combination of automated accessibility tools, manual keyboard testing, browser testing and assistive-technology testing when reviewing the website.

This statement will be reviewed when significant changes are made to Erovexa, when material accessibility issues are identified or when relevant standards and legal requirements change.
