Our Commitment to Safe and Lawful Content
Erovexa is committed to operating a lawful, responsible and adults-only digital publication. We do not knowingly publish, promote, host or link to content that is illegal, exploitative, abusive, non-consensual or otherwise prohibited under this policy.
Erovexa.com is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or over and is operated by:

The Erovexa.com domain is privately owned and is made available to Future Magix Software Limited under a contractual agreement between the domain owner and the company.
Editorially Controlled Content
Erovexa is an editorially managed publication. We do not currently accept or automatically publish stories, comments, photographs, videos or other materials submitted by website visitors.
Content intended for publication is selected, created, commissioned, licensed or reviewed by the Erovexa editorial team before it is made publicly available.
This approach helps us maintain control over the origin, legality and editorial suitability of the content published on the website.
This policy also applies to advertisements, affiliate materials, embedded media, external links and other third-party content that may appear on or be accessible through Erovexa.
Content Involving Minors Is Strictly Prohibited
Erovexa has a zero-tolerance policy regarding sexual content involving minors.
We strictly prohibit any content that:
- depicts, describes, sexualises or exploits a person under the age of 18;
- depicts a person who appears to be under the age of 18 in a sexual context;
- encourages, promotes, facilitates or normalises the sexual exploitation or abuse of children;
- contains child sexual abuse material or links directing visitors to such material;
- contains computer-generated, illustrated, animated, altered or AI-generated sexual depictions of minors;
- uses school-age, childlike or underage themes in a way that sexualises minors;
- attempts to disguise a minor as an adult for the purpose of sexual content;
- promotes grooming, trafficking or sexual contact between adults and minors.
All characters and persons depicted or described in sexual content published by Erovexa must be adults aged 18 or over.
Where a character’s age may not be immediately clear from the context, the content should make their adult status reasonably clear.
Non-Consensual and Exploitative Sexual Content
Erovexa does not permit sexual content that records, depicts, distributes or promotes real sexual activity without the informed consent of the people involved.
Prohibited material includes:
- intimate photographs or videos shared without the subject’s consent;
- so-called revenge pornography or intimate image abuse;
- hidden-camera or secretly recorded sexual material;
- sexual deepfakes or manipulated intimate images created without consent;
- content obtained through coercion, threats, blackmail or deception;
- content depicting real sexual assault, rape, trafficking or exploitation;
- material that identifies or exposes a victim of sexual abuse without a lawful basis;
- links to websites or services that distribute such content.
Fictional adult stories may explore mature, difficult or controversial themes. However, fictional presentation does not permit the publication of material that is unlawful or that exploits real individuals.
Other Prohibited Content
Erovexa does not knowingly publish or facilitate:
- content that is illegal under applicable law;
- extreme or prohibited pornographic material;
- sexual content involving animals;
- content promoting human trafficking, sexual exploitation or forced prostitution;
- credible threats of violence or material encouraging criminal activity;
- terrorist propaganda or material encouraging acts of terrorism;
- content that unlawfully promotes hatred, violence or discrimination against protected groups;
- content intended to harass, intimidate, stalk or abuse an identifiable person;
- defamatory allegations presented as fact without a lawful and supportable basis;
- malware, fraudulent links, phishing attempts or other malicious technical material;
- stolen, pirated or otherwise unlawfully distributed content;
- material that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other legal rights;
- content that impersonates another person or organisation in a deceptive or harmful manner.
Copyright and Pirated Material
Erovexa does not knowingly publish material copied, translated, adapted, recorded or distributed without the permission of the relevant rights holder or another valid legal basis.
If you believe that your copyright-protected work appears on Erovexa without authorisation, please follow the procedure described in our Copyright and Takedown Policy.
Copyright reports may also be sent directly to hey@erovexa.com.
Reporting Prohibited or Illegal Content
If you identify content on Erovexa that you believe violates this policy or applicable law, please report it as soon as possible.
Reports may be sent to:
Email: hey@erovexa.com
Contact page: https://erovexa.com/contact
Please use the subject line Urgent Content Report where the report concerns minors, non-consensual intimate content, exploitation, an immediate safety risk or other potentially illegal material.
Information to Include in a Report
To help us investigate efficiently, please provide:
- the exact URL of the affected Erovexa page;
- the title or a clear description of the content;
- the reason you believe the content is prohibited or unlawful;
- the specific part of the page that concerns you;
- your name and contact email address, unless anonymity is necessary for your safety;
- any relevant supporting information that can be provided lawfully and safely.
Please do not download, copy, attach, forward or redistribute suspected child sexual abuse material or other illegal sexual images when submitting a report. Providing the exact page URL and a written description is sufficient for an initial investigation.
How We Handle Reports
Future Magix Software Limited will review sufficiently detailed reports and determine the appropriate action based on the nature of the content, the available evidence and applicable law.
Actions may include:
- urgently restricting access to the reported material while it is reviewed;
- removing or disabling access to prohibited content;
- removing links, advertisements or embedded third-party materials;
- correcting or clarifying editorial content;
- requesting additional information from the person making the report;
- contacting a content supplier, advertiser, licensor or service provider;
- preserving relevant technical or administrative records where legally appropriate;
- reporting suspected criminal material to the relevant authorities or specialist organisations;
- rejecting reports that are clearly fraudulent, abusive or unsupported.
Reports concerning suspected child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, credible threats or immediate danger will be prioritised.
For other sufficiently detailed reports, we aim to acknowledge or begin reviewing the matter within five working days. More complex cases may require additional investigation.
Removing or restricting material while a report is investigated does not necessarily constitute an admission that the content was unlawful or that Future Magix Software Limited accepts liability.
Reporting Child Sexual Abuse Material
If you encounter suspected child sexual abuse images or videos online, you may also report the material directly and anonymously to the Internet Watch Foundation:
Report suspected child sexual abuse material to the Internet Watch Foundation
Do not download, save, copy, email or forward the suspected material. Submit the location or URL through the official reporting process instead.
Immediate Danger or Suspected Criminal Activity
Erovexa’s reporting process is not a replacement for contacting emergency services or law enforcement.
If someone is in immediate danger in the United Kingdom, call 999.
Non-emergency criminal matters in the United Kingdom may be reported to the police by calling 101 or through the appropriate official police reporting service.
Visitors outside the United Kingdom should contact the emergency services or law enforcement authority in their own country.
Reports Concerning Third-Party Websites
Erovexa may link to external websites, retailers, advertisers, affiliate partners or media services. These third parties operate independently and control their own content.
If a report concerns content hosted on another website, we may remove or restrict the relevant link from Erovexa where appropriate. However, we may not have the technical or legal ability to remove content directly from the external service.
You may also need to report the content to the website hosting it, its service provider or the relevant authority.
Good-Faith Reporting
Reports must be submitted honestly and in good faith.
You must not knowingly provide false information, fabricate evidence, impersonate another person or misuse the reporting process to harass someone, suppress lawful content or interfere with Erovexa’s operations.
We reserve the right to disregard or take appropriate action regarding reports that are fraudulent, abusive, repetitive or clearly submitted for an improper purpose.
Changes to This Policy
Future Magix Software Limited may update this Content Safety and Reporting Policy when:
- Erovexa introduces new content types or services;
- our editorial or moderation procedures change;
- applicable legal or regulatory requirements change;
- new safety risks or reporting mechanisms are identified;
- additional clarification is required.
Any updated version will be published on this page together with a revised Last updated date.
