Content Safety and Reporting Policy
Last updated: 14 August 2026
1. Our Commitment
Erovexa is committed to providing a lawful, responsible and adults-only editorial publication.
We do not knowingly publish, promote, host or link to content that is illegal, exploitative, abusive, non-consensual or otherwise prohibited by this policy.
This policy explains:
- the content that is not permitted on Erovexa;
- how potentially illegal, abusive or unsafe content can be reported;
- how reports are assessed;
- the actions we may take following a report.
Erovexa.com is operated by:

In this policy, “Erovexa”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Future Magix Software Limited as the operator of Erovexa.com.
2. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to all content made available through Erovexa, including:
- stories, fictional confessions and other narrative content;
- articles, guides, reviews and recommendations;
- photographs, illustrations, graphics, audio and video;
- advertisements and sponsored content;
- affiliate links and promotional materials;
- embedded media;
- links to third-party websites;
- titles, descriptions, metadata and other editorial material.
This policy should be read together with our:
3. Editorially Controlled Publication
Erovexa is an editorially managed publication.
We do not currently operate an open platform where visitors can automatically publish stories, comments, photographs, videos or other content.
Material intended for publication is created, commissioned, selected, licensed, edited or reviewed before it is made publicly available.
We may edit, reclassify, restrict, correct or remove content whenever this is reasonably necessary for editorial, legal, safety, privacy or technical reasons.
If Erovexa introduces user-generated content or public interaction features in the future, this policy and the relevant moderation procedures will be reviewed and updated.
4. Adults-Only Content
Erovexa is intended exclusively for people aged 18 or over.
Where the minimum legal age for accessing adult content in a visitor’s location is higher than 18, the visitor must have reached that higher age.
All persons and characters depicted or described in sexual content published by Erovexa must be adults aged 18 or over.
Where a fictional character’s age might not be immediately clear, the content should provide sufficient context to establish that the character is an adult.
Attempts to bypass, interfere with or circumvent an age-assurance or access-control measure are prohibited.
If you believe that a minor has accessed Erovexa, that an age-control mechanism can be bypassed or that content has been incorrectly made available without the required age restriction, please report the issue immediately.
5. Content Involving Minors
Erovexa applies a zero-tolerance approach to the sexual exploitation or sexualisation of minors.
We strictly prohibit content that:
- depicts, describes, sexualises or exploits a person under the age of 18;
- presents a person who appears to be under 18 in a sexual context;
- contains or links to child sexual abuse material;
- encourages, promotes, facilitates or normalises the sexual exploitation of children;
- promotes grooming, trafficking or sexual contact between adults and minors;
- uses school-age, childlike or underage themes to sexualise minors;
- attempts to present or disguise a minor as an adult for sexual purposes;
- contains sexualised AI-generated, computer-generated, altered, illustrated or animated representations of minors.
This prohibition applies regardless of whether the material is described as fictional, artistic, computer-generated or based on fantasy.
6. Non-Consensual and Exploitative Content
Erovexa does not permit content involving the real-world sexual exploitation of another person or the distribution of intimate material without that person’s informed consent.
Prohibited material includes:
- intimate photographs or recordings shared without the subject’s consent;
- intimate image abuse or so-called revenge pornography;
- secretly recorded or hidden-camera sexual material;
- sexual deepfakes or manipulated intimate images created without consent;
- content obtained through threats, coercion, blackmail, trafficking or deception;
- material depicting real sexual assault, rape, forced prostitution or sexual exploitation;
- content that unlawfully identifies or exposes a victim of sexual abuse;
- links directing visitors to websites that distribute such material.
Fictional stories may explore mature, controversial or difficult themes involving adult characters. The depiction of conduct in a fictional narrative does not mean that Erovexa endorses, recommends or considers that conduct acceptable in real life.
Fictional presentation does not permit content that is unlawful, exploits a real person or otherwise breaches this policy.
7. Other Prohibited Content
Erovexa does not knowingly publish, promote or facilitate:
- unlawful extreme pornographic material;
- sexual content involving animals;
- human trafficking, sexual exploitation or forced prostitution;
- credible threats of violence;
- instructions intended to facilitate serious criminal activity;
- terrorist content or material encouraging acts of terrorism;
- unlawful incitement to hatred, violence or discrimination;
- harassment, stalking, intimidation or abuse directed at an identifiable person;
- defamatory allegations presented as fact without a lawful and supportable basis;
- fraudulent, deceptive or malicious content;
- malware, phishing links or other harmful technical material;
- stolen, pirated or unlawfully distributed material;
- content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other third-party rights;
- harmful impersonation of another person, business or organisation;
- content that is otherwise unlawful under applicable law.
8. Consent and Real-Life Conduct
Fantasy and fictional storytelling must not be treated as instructions for real-life behaviour.
Real-life sexual activity should always:
- involve adults with the legal capacity to consent;
- be based on informed, voluntary and ongoing consent;
- stop when consent is withdrawn;
- comply with applicable law;
- respect the safety, privacy and dignity of every person involved.
Content published by Erovexa is intended for adult entertainment and general information. It does not replace professional medical, psychological, legal or sexual-health advice.
9. Copyright and Personal Rights
We do not knowingly publish content copied, translated, adapted, recorded or distributed without permission or another lawful basis.
If you believe that Erovexa content infringes your copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other legal rights, please email hey@erovexa.com.
Copyright complaints should follow the procedure described in our Copyright and Takedown Policy.
10. How to Report Content
If you find content on Erovexa that you believe is illegal, abusive, unsafe or contrary to this policy, please report it as soon as possible.
Reports can be submitted through:
Email: hey@erovexa.com
Contact page: https://erovexa.com/contact
Please use the subject line Urgent Content Report when the report concerns:
- a minor or a person who may be under 18;
- suspected child sexual abuse material;
- non-consensual intimate content;
- trafficking, coercion or sexual exploitation;
- a credible threat or immediate safety risk;
- other potentially criminal material.
11. Information to Include
To help us identify and assess the reported content, please provide as much of the following information as possible:
- the exact URL of the affected Erovexa page;
- the title or a clear description of the content;
- the specific text, image, link or section concerned;
- the reason you believe the content is illegal or violates this policy;
- whether you are personally depicted, identified or otherwise affected;
- any relevant information that can be provided lawfully and safely;
- your name or chosen identifier;
- an email address where we can contact you, if you want to receive a response.
You may submit a report without providing your legal name. However, insufficient information may prevent us from fully investigating the matter or contacting you about the outcome.
Do not download, save, copy, attach, email, forward or redistribute suspected child sexual abuse material or other potentially illegal sexual images. An exact URL and a written description are sufficient for an initial report.
12. How We Handle Reports
We will assess sufficiently detailed reports according to their nature, urgency, available evidence and applicable law.
Our response may include:
- urgently restricting access while the material is reviewed;
- removing or disabling access to prohibited content;
- removing an advertisement, external link or embedded item;
- correcting, editing, reclassifying or clarifying editorial material;
- requesting further information from the reporter;
- contacting an author, licensor, advertiser, affiliate partner or service provider;
- preserving relevant records where legally appropriate;
- referring suspected criminal activity to law enforcement, regulators or specialist organisations;
- rejecting reports that are clearly fraudulent, abusive or unsupported.
Reports involving minors, suspected child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, exploitation, credible threats or immediate danger will be prioritised.
For other sufficiently detailed reports, we aim to acknowledge receipt or begin our review within five working days. Complex matters may require additional time, particularly where further evidence, legal assessment or third-party cooperation is required.
Temporarily restricting or permanently removing content does not necessarily constitute an admission of illegality, infringement, fault or liability.
13. Reporting Child Sexual Abuse Material
If you encounter suspected child sexual abuse images or videos online, you may also report them confidentially to the Internet Watch Foundation:
Report suspected child sexual abuse material to the Internet Watch Foundation
Do not download, save, copy, email or forward the material. Report its location or URL through the official reporting process.
Written descriptions or stories involving suspected child sexual abuse, grooming or exploitation may also be reported to the appropriate police or child-protection authority.
14. Immediate Danger and Criminal Activity
Erovexa’s reporting process is not a substitute for contacting emergency services or law enforcement.
If someone is in immediate danger in the United Kingdom, call 999.
Non-emergency criminal matters in the United Kingdom may be reported to the police by calling 101 or through the relevant official police reporting service.
Visitors outside the United Kingdom should contact the emergency services, police or appropriate authority in their own country.
Submitting a report to Erovexa does not prevent you from reporting the same matter directly to the police, a regulator or another competent organisation.
15. Third-Party Websites
Erovexa may contain links to retailers, advertisers, affiliate partners, media platforms and other independently operated services.
When reported content is hosted by a third party, we may investigate whether the relevant link, advertisement or embedded item should be restricted or removed from Erovexa.
We may not have the technical or legal ability to remove content hosted directly by another service. You may also need to report it to:
- the website or platform hosting the material;
- the relevant hosting or service provider;
- law enforcement;
- a regulator or specialist reporting organisation.
16. Privacy and Confidentiality
Information submitted through the reporting process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We will use report information for purposes such as:
- identifying and investigating the affected content;
- contacting the reporter where necessary;
- protecting individuals and preventing harm;
- obtaining legal or specialist advice;
- complying with legal and regulatory duties;
- establishing, exercising or defending legal claims;
- maintaining appropriate safety and compliance records.
We will limit access to report information where reasonably possible. However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed where disclosure is necessary to protect a person, investigate suspected criminal activity, comply with the law or respond to a competent authority.
Please avoid including unnecessary personal information or sensitive material in your report.
17. Requesting a Further Review
If you believe that we have misunderstood your report or overlooked relevant information, you may request a further review by replying to our response or emailing hey@erovexa.com.
Please include:
- the original report date;
- the affected URL;
- any reference number provided by us;
- a concise explanation of why you believe the matter should be reconsidered;
- any relevant new information.
A further review does not guarantee a different outcome.
18. Good-Faith Reporting
Reports must be submitted honestly and in good faith.
You must not:
- knowingly submit false or misleading information;
- fabricate or alter evidence;
- impersonate another person;
- misuse the reporting procedure to harass or intimidate someone;
- repeatedly submit the same unsupported report;
- use the process to suppress lawful content or disrupt Erovexa’s operations.
We may disregard or take appropriate action concerning reports that are fraudulent, abusive, malicious, repetitive or clearly submitted for an improper purpose.
This section does not prevent anyone from submitting a genuine report or raising a reasonable concern, even if the content is ultimately found not to violate this policy.
19. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect:
- changes to Erovexa or the content we publish;
- changes to our editorial or safety procedures;
- new reporting tools or contact methods;
- changes in applicable law, regulation or official guidance;
- newly identified safety risks;
- clarifications or corrections.
The latest version will be published on this page together with an updated revision date.
